Charge with divination like denigration of honour and dignity

The Director of Kindergarten of the village Monke Bi (Shalkar District of Aktobe Oblast) Kurmankul Alikulova has filed a suit against K. Niyazalin, B. Arzykulova, S. Nogaykulov, newspaper "KEREK. INFO" and correspondent Ardak Erubayeva about protection of honour, dignity and business reputation to the district court. She demanded to admit the dissemination of untruth information and recover KZT3000000 (1USD=152.25) as moral damage compensation.
The charges originated from article "Balabakshany dualady" ("Someone bedeviled on kindergarten"), published in the newspaper"KEREK. INFO" on May 30, 2013. The correspondent wondered what someone and what for spread sugar and food papaver in the kindergarten. Neither Director of Kindergarten Kurmankul Alikulova, nor Country Akim (Governor) and City Inspectors dealt with the situation on principle and what extent truth information on pressure of director of kindergarten upon disagree subordinates.
Meanwhile, some bushmen thought that director of kindergarten has been guilty of "sorcery" with sugar and food papaver, who shifted her blame to shoulders of scrab-woman.
