Criminal case was opened against deputy who attacked correspondent of newspaper "El Birligi" ("Unity of Country")

The Deputy Chief of Al-Farabi District Department of Internal Affairs (Shymkent) Serik Ergeshev said about opening of criminal case under article 327 "Arbitrairiness" of Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan against Deputy of District Maslikhat (Executive Committee) of Ordabasinsk District and his assistants, who attacked journalist of the newspaper "El Birligi" ("Unity of the Country") Dauren Mustafin on June 19, 2013.
