Complete blockade was established for Internet websites www.guljan.org www.nuradam.kz and magazine "Adam reader's"

Complete information blockade was established for editorial staff of Internet websites www.guljan.org, www.nuradam.kz and print magazine "Adam reader's". On July 02, 2013 editor-in-chief of these editions Guljan Ergalieva has informed about it at press conference.

Three-month term of suspension of the website www.guljan.org, in line with rule of Medeu District Court of Almaty was expired, still in March, 2013. On June 06, 2013 editorial staff has received official ruling, related to release from attachment, but popular Internet-website was not downloaded.

The website www.nuradam.kz (in particular, it was downloaded in spite of website www.guljan.org) has been out of access. There was a conduction of technical expertise. According to its results, that Internet-resourse was blocked within territory of Kazakhstan, representatives of Ministry of Transport and Communications and "Kazakhtelecom" denied its involvement to illegal blocking.

Beginning from 13th issue, all printing houses of Almaty and Almaty oblast dismissed to print magazine "Adam reader's". G. Ergalieva has demonstrated official responses of some printing houses which scrapped contractual relationships with edition "for reasons independent to us", "in connection with political trend of the edition" and etc. She told, that during conversation heads of printing houses referred to pressure upon them from some civil servants.

LLP "Adamdar" ("People") which published "Adam reader's" has applied for Department of Internal Affairs and General Prosecutor's Office of Almaty. It asked to investigate reasons of mass dismissal of printing houses to print a magazine.

The President of Foundation Tamara Kaleyeva has put participants of press conference in mind of such pressure upon newspaper "Respublika"; newspaper "Pravdivaya Gazeta" faced to the editorial blockade; newspapers such as, "Molodezhnaya Gazeta", "Musylman Gazeta", "Zeynetker – Pensioner", "Pravda Kazakhstan".
