The International Foundation for Protection of Freedom of Speech "Adil Soz" has prepared and published new compilation "Insult and Libel: By Expert's Eye" in Kazakh and Russian languages.
The methodology of study performance of libel and insult and cases, protection of honour, dignity and business reputation which is appeared in compilation for the first time in Kazakhstan. It is an output of some years of expert activity of specialists of Public Center of Expertise of the Foundation "Adil Soz". This compilation is meant for scientists-linguists, judges, investigation officers, prosecutors, advocates, media lawyers, journalists, bloggers, students, masters and lecturers in philology, journalism and law studies.
