Identities of attackers on camera man of portal "TengrinewsTV" Denis Khusainov were established but they were not still detained

As Internet-portal "TengrinewsTV" Denis Khusainov identified one of the attackers on him, when police provided a facial composite for him and he intended to find two ones on shooting materials.
The Press Secretary of Department of Internal Affairs (Almaty) Ermek Boltayev said that the cost of damaged video camera exceeded KZT170000 (one hundred monthly assessment indices;1USD=151.51), police would open a criminal case under article "Deliberate Destruction or Causation of Damage to Someone Else's Property". According to information of journalists the cost of video camera is KZT750000. Journalists of Internet-portal "TengrinewsTV" insisted on commencement of action under one more article "Theft". The stollen flash-card was not found untill now. A policeman, who had been inactive during incident, probably he would be punished.
On June 12, 2013 D. Khusainov came up to Zhetysu District Department of Internal Affairs to attend merchandising expertise, where it was necessary to diagnosticate damage level of video camera. Th results of such diagnostic will be ready within two weeks.
