Police found scope of persons who interfered in activity of camera man and broke his camera of portal "TengrinewsTV" Denis Khusainov

In early morning, on June 11, 2013 camera man of portal "TengrinewsTV" Denis Khusainov saw a burning of public transport bus not far from his house. Denis Khusainov contacted with editor, he was set editorial work to shoot everything.
Khusainov shot the work of firemen. They asked him to retract, because this burnt public transport bus was operated on gas and was able to explode. Khusainov retracted and continued his shooting.
An unknown man came up to Denis Khusainov after a while. Denis supposed that it was employee of vehicle park and he demanded to stop shooting roughly. Denis Khusainov said about media outlet which he represented and explained that he simply made a video record of event. Some men attacked behind him and they began to take up a video camera. As a result of such so-called "fight" all hinged details of video camera were torn away, unknown persons hit his video camera in fence twice, took his flash-card with video records and disappeared.
Denis Khusainov noted that there was a police patrol officer of traffic police on motorcycle, but none of them came to the aid. Then, he filed a complaint with Zhetysu Department of Internal Affairs.
His colleagues, journalists of other editions attempted to receive explanations of this incident and addressed to the municipal bus fleet. But, employees of municipal bus fleet did not response on question, they readdressed them to the above-mentioned instance PSE (Public State Enterprise) "Almatyelectrotrans". Its general director Kopzhasar Dakenov during telephone conversation said: "We do not know anything. Is it possible that anyone can shoot?" The correspondent asked a question: "Do you think that TengrinewsTV whatever?" He hung up.
Denis explained that he did not intend to file a suit to court on condition that his video camera would be repaired and all losses would be reimbursed.
At the end of day KazTAG Agency disseminated information of the Head of Press Service of Department of Internal Affairs (Almaty) Ermek Boltayev. He said to inquiry officers of Zhetysu District Department of Internal Affairs found and interrogated all participators of incident. There was no elements of spoliation and hooliganism in their actions. Actions of persons, who attacked camera man of portal "TengrinewsTV" defined as willful destruction of property. A video camera of D.Khusainov will be sent to the forensic-merchandising expertise. E. Boltayev informed if experts made expert report that the cost of damaged property exceeded one hundred monthly assessment indices, criminal case would be opened under article 181 "Extortion" p.1 of Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He reminded that sanction of article 181 "Extortion" of Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan provided the punishment of deprivation of liberty up to two years.
