Coalition "Zhiyrmasynshi Bap"(20th Article of Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan) proposed amendments to draft of new Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan

There was a final session of working group of Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan which drafted draft of new Code of administrative Offenses on June 06, 2013. A member of working group, Head of Legal Service of the Foundation "Adil Soz" Ganna Krasilnikova on behalf of Coalition "Zhiyrmasynshi Bap"(20th Article of Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan) presented proposals, concerning administrative regulation of media activity.
Public organizations which entered into Coalition "Zhiyrmasynshi Bap"(20th Article of Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan) they proposed to eliminate punishment in the form of suspension and termination of media issue for de minimis infractions of technical temper, institute responsibility for refusal to provide information for journalist, change conditions of media responsibility for violation of rules of pre-election canvassing and etc.
The draft of Code of Administrative Offenses was submitted to ministries and state institutions for final agreement.
