There was a trial chaired by judge N. K. Nurgaliev about protection of honour and dignity of the Assistant Director of Kyzyl-Orda Children's Home Aynagul Rakyshova with regard to local television channel "KogamTV" and managing editor Bayan Kultanova in Kyzyl-Orda City Court.
The Assistant Director of Kyzyl-Orda Children's Home Aynagul Rakyshova has said about dissemination of misleading information which was provided by representatives of television channel "KogamTV". The information discredited her honour and dignity; Aynagul Rakyshova demanded publication of a disclaimer and recovery of KZT1000000 (1USD=150.75) as moral damage compensation.
The charges originated from package of television channel "KogamTV" about incident between A. Rykashova and 16-years-old inmate of children's home Z. Zhaksylyk. In package, both parties of conflict have expressed their points of view.
The republican television channel "31 Kanal" broadcasted this package in short variant on December 26, 2012. Managing editor corrected the package; as a result of it, the package had deeply negative perception with regard to Aynagul Rakyshova. She saw this variant of package.
At last legal proceeding this difference had been detected and judge proposed to defendant to determine to what television channel exactly, plaintiff had a claim.
