Main reader of newspaper "RIPABLIK" Tatiana Trubacheva was fined on twenty monthly assessment indices

On February 07, 2013 there was next trial over the Former Chief Editor of Closed Newspaper "Golos Respubliki – Kaleydoscop Sobytiy Nedeli" Tatiana Trubacheva in Specialized Interdistrict Administrative Court of Almaty. It was connected with the issue of newspaper "RIPABLIK" with number of printed newspaper circulation of 99 copies, where Tatiana Trubacheva was mentioned as "main reader" in imprint of the newspaper.
During a trial defendant party provided documents for court that Tatiana Trubacheva had not been a worker of new newspaper therefore she was unable to hold responsibility for its issue.
The judge G. Keldybayev has disregarded these arguments and adjudged journalist in committment of administrative violation under 524 of Code of Adminiustrative Violations of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Non-execution of judicial acts, orders of bodies (officials) which (who) are in charge to consider cases of administrative violations". Despite of prohibition, Trubacheva continued to publish newspaper "Respublika", but court decision on closure of last one was issued long before publication of the first issue of absolutely other newspaper "RIPABLIK".
