Editor-in-chief of closed newspaper "Golos Respubliki – Kaleydoscop Sobytiy Nedeli" was warned of criminal responsibility for publication of other media

On February 05, 2013 officer of General Prosecutor's Office of Medeu has brought a notification of criminal responsibility to editorial office of the newspaper "RIPABLIK". It was addressed to Chief Editor of the Newspaper "Golos Respubliki – Kaleydoscop Sobytiy Nedeli" Tatiana Trubacheva. In a notification, Public Prosecutor has referred to judicial determination of Medeu District Court dated November 21, 2012 on prohibition of didstribution of this newspaper within territory of Kazakhstan; it charged Tatiana Trubacheva with malicious nonfulfillment of prohibition "by means of distribution of media "Respublika" by means of some dissimilar newspapers".
The new newspaper "RIPABLIK" had been a cause for warning which was published two weeks ago with number of printed 99 copies. Tatiana Trubacheva was mentioned as main reader in imprint in this newspaper. There was other editor of newspaper "RIPABLIK" this notification was addressed to Tatiana Trubacheva personally.
Tatiana Trubacheva denied to take a notification; she has explained her denial that in a case, concerning closure of the newspaper "Golos Respubliki" she would not appear, could not be responsible for new newspaper"RIPABLIK" without being its designated person.
