On October 19, 2011 Kuanybek Botabekov (Adilet, Shymkent) was found guilty under article 129 p.3 of Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and was charged with one year and six months suspended sentence, according to rule of Al-Farabi District Court of Shymkent.
On December 08, 2011 Kuanybek Botabekov (Adilet, Shymkent) was acquited owing to the absense of elements of a crime in his actions by Appeals Instance of South Kazakhstan Oblast Court.
On January 26, 2012 Cassational Instance of South Kazakhstan Oblast Court has left the ruling standing.
