On the night of January 20, 2013 journalists of some media outlets of Aktau participated in raid through the town. The camera man of television channel"31 Kanal" Amandyk Amankulov and correspondent Irene Goncharova participated in this raid.
During policing, policemen saw bruiser. The patrol of traffic policemen began to part fighters.
When camera man shot bruiser on his video camera, one of the perpetrators run to him and began to beat him. Irene Goncharova has said that policemen took up the cudgels for film crew, because their raid through the town supposedly had been over. As a result of it expensive video camera was broken and camera man sustained a bodily injury.
Only, two hooligans were detained, they were sent to Department of Internal Affairs of Aktau.
The journalist I. Goncharova said that persons, who attacked camera man of television channel "31 Kanal" Amandyk Amankulov, they were released uncharged three hours later. Then, I. Goncharova and Amandyk Amankulov have applied for Chief of Department of Internal Affairs (Mangistau Oblast), General-Major of Police Meyirkhan Zhamanbayev.
Hooligans were sent to Department of Internal Affairs after his interference
Criminal case was opened against unemployed person M., by fact of attack on A. Amankulov and damage of his video camera under article 187 "Deliberate destruction or causation of damage to someone else's property" who confessed and promised to compensate material damage as soon as possible.
