On suspension of monitoring and mailing of "hot news"

We inform you that due to lack of financing International Foundation for Protection of Freedom of Speech "Adil Soz" had been obliged to suspend activity of monitoring of violations of freedom of speech and in particular, mailing of "hot news". We hope that, it is temporary arrangement.
