USD10000 were promised to perpetrators for attempt on Lukpan Akhmedyarov' life

As newspaper "Uralskaya Nedelya" informed that attempt on journalist from Uralsk Lukpan Akhmedyarov' life was made to order and it was connected with his professional activity. USD10000 were promised to perpetrators for attempt on Lukpan Akhmedyarov' life. It became known from confrontation of Lukpan Akhmedyarov with one of the arrested persons.
Four men were taken into custody. Askhat Takhambetov, he was thirty years-old and was head for crime, according to version of the investigation; Almaz Batyrkhairov, he was twenty-three years-old, who owned to the shooting at journalist from traumatic pistol; Manarbek Akbulatov, who owned to the stabbing of journalist Lukpan Akhmedyarov and Mursalim Sultangereyev, he was thirty four years old, he was a driver of car on which they moved in night of crime committment. These persons have been members of organized criminal group.
Askhat Takhambetov has promised to pay USD10000 (1USD=150.53) Almaz Batyrkhairov and Manarbek Akbulatov. Almaz Batyrkhairov gave such evidences. As a matter of fact both perpetrators assured that they did not intend to kill Lukpan they planned to intimidate him. Askhat Takhambetov has given such instructions supposedly.
Actually, they were in trouble with law earlier. In 2006, Askhat Takhambetov was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with probation for hooliganism with the application of weapon, in summer of 2012 he was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for keeping of weapon. In December, 2012 Almaz Batyrkhairov had criminal charges pending against him on the charge of complicity for murder of 19 years-old Sarzhan Gaynullayev. Manarbek Akbulatov had past convictions for hooliganism with the application of weapon. The fourth arrested person Mursalim Sultangereyev had suffered some convictions for committment of some grave offenses.

Almaz Batyrkhairov, till May, 2012 worked as wrestling trainer in Children's and Youth Sports School in the village Zhanybek (Zhanybek district). Manarbek Akbulatov is a native of Kazatalovsk district, he has also wrestled professionally. Askhat Takhambetov is a blood brother of Kuanysh Takhametov, Director of Children's and Youth Sports School of Equestrian Sport. General Prosecutor's Office and investigative agency had no information on crime patron.
