Newspaper "Moy Gorod" should recover KZT3000000 for publication of article about road accident

An inhabitant Zamzagul Aytzhanova demanded KZT3000000 for publication of article about road accident in the newspaper"Moy Gorod". The charges originated from article "A serviceman of driving school downed a pedestrian to death", published in № 43 (69), dated 24 October, 2012 and preview on the front page – Pedestrians drop like flies".
Zamzagul Aytzhanova thought that the information on circumstances of the death of her mother in road accident and publication of photos from scene of crime, but names of plaintiff and her died mother were not mentioned in article discredited her reputation. It was impossible to recognize a died woman on scene of crime.
Editorial staff of the newspaper "Moy Gorod" thought that they did not disseminate misleading information. They received it from scene of crime, it was re-checked in press services of Department of Traffic Police and Department of Internal Affairs of Uralsk and from Director of Driving School, where perpetrator of road accident worked.
