On December 19, 2012 a search in office of "Stan TV" was continued at 12.00 a.m. on December 19, 2012. It was conducted by an investigator of cases of special importance of Investigating Agency of Department of Committee of National Security of Almaty Alexander Tscerbakov upon a request of Department of Committee of National Security of Mangistau Oblast.
There was a search in editorial office of the newspaper "Respublika", also within scope of case against M. Ketebayev. The trial, concerning closure of newspaper "Respublika" (in particular, it should be held in the morning) was postponed on December 20, 2012; lawyers, who protected the edition and journalists, who covered the trial came up to the editorial office to attend during a search. Correspondent of radio "Azattyk" Kazis Toguzbayev attempted to make some photos, security agents of KGB, who conducted a search interfered to photo shooting, they broken his photo camera.
