Ministry of Culture and Information of Republic of Kazakhstan expressed about its willingness to annul certificate of registration of newspaper “Vzglyad”

There was a second trial by suit of General Prosecutor's Office of Almaty, filed against newspaper “Vzglyad” and redundant Internet-resources www.facebook.com/vzglyad.kz, www.respublika-kz.info/vzglyad in Bostandyk District Court of Almaty on December 14, 2012.
The Representative Officer of Ministry of Culture and Information, who attended trial held the action of General Prosecutor's Office completely.
The judge Tatiana Chernysh has attached reports of political scientist and philologist, concerning publications, which have been filed in petitions of newspaper representatives to the materials of civil case. Earlier, these articles were studied by experts of the Regional Scientific and Production Laboratory of Almaty of Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in response to “Kozlov' case”.
On a second trial the case was not either considered inherently, but judge Tatiana Chernysh has notified litigants about preparation of the debates.
During trial lawyers of the newspaper “Vzglyad” asked the representative officer of Ministry of Culture and Information about intention to execute judicial determination, related to suspension of issue of the newspaper “Vzglyad” on three months. He said that the certificate of registration of newspaper “Vzglyad” will be annuled, according to judgment.
In the case of redundant Internet-resources, he said that Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan would made an order to authorized persons on suspension of the distribution of these Internet-resources. Ministry of Culture and Information will take the process under its control. The defendant party said that court ruling of securing of suit was failed to fulfill by owner of the newspaper “Vzglyad”, because owner was taken to the trial as third person.
We would remind you that on November 20, 2012 General Prosecutor's Office of Almaty have filed some suits and claims to courts. It was also connected with suspension of issue and distribution of the newspaper “Vzglyad” and redundant Internet-resourses in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The General Prosecutor's Office reported that the edition propaganded extremism. There was no either judgments with regard to newspaper “Vzglyad”, concerning recognition of newspaper as extremist one.
