More 60 workers of television channel "Almaty" (in particular, journalists, directors, video engineers and cameramen) wrote a letter of resignation from October 01, 2012.
The main reason of mass dismissal – is a interference of Press Secretary of Akim (Governor) of Almaty Sergei Kuyanov to creative process and editorial policy of the television channel.
