Reporter of television channel "Otyrar" Aziz Murzabayev demanded recovery of moral damage from policemen of Department of Internal Affairs of South Kazakhstan Oblast

Reporter of television program "Emergency call" of the television channel "Otyrar" Aziz Murzabayev has filed a suit against Department of Internal Affairs (South Kazakhstan Oblast). The charges originated from two incidents with policemen.
Aziz Murzabayev was detained by police patrol for his smoking on a stop on May 31, 2012. Some days later, traffic policemen have interfered in his professional activity. These policemen have detained film crew, tried to take a video camera by force and threatened them with severe problems.
In his suit, Aziz Murzabayev demanded to bring to responsibility of policemen of Department of Internal Affairs (South Kazakhstan Oblast); they should recover KZT10000000 (1USD=150.14) as moral damage compensation. Murzabayev did not pursue his object to receive a profit, he attempted to draw attention of the front office of Department of Internal Affairs to competence and educational level of its servicemen.
Aziz Murzabayev has a legal education, he works in the department of criminal chronicle of the local television channel. Murzabayev is sure, that he will manage to complete this case.
