Local authority attempted to interfere to legal professional activity of journalist Askar Aktleuov in village Shubarshi

Freelance journalist of the newspaper "Diapazon" (Aktobe) Askar Aktleuov went to the village Shubarshi by order of the editorial staff. He has made a review on country life.
After the first interview near house, where journalist spoke to contrymen, a car of the Akim (Governor) of Sarkol Country District has lain in wait for him. The Akim (Governor) by the name of Balbek (journalist could not know his surname) demanded to show him all photos, which were made in the village and erase dictophone records. A. Aktleuov has expressed his disagreement. Five policemen came up to him, they became to threat to him and demanded to liquidate the whole material, which was gathered by A. Aktleuov. He has refused to fulfill requirements of them and continued his legal professional activity.
It was some time before, he has noticed that a car "Opel" followed him.
A. Aktleuov was afraid of provocations; he said about his intention to file a claim with police, related to interference to legal professional activity of the journalist.
Only, after telephone call to Oblast Prosecutor's Office, journalist could go to Aktobe freely.
