Distributors refused to sell newspaper "Diapazon" in Aktobe

The administration of the Trading Network "Dina" (Aktobe) refused to further distribute “Diapason" newspaper, despite the fact that the trading company signed distribution agreement and owed KZT3000000 (1USD=149.93), towards to newspaper editorial office.
Around 2000 copies were sold through the network every week. The owner of the Trading Network "Dina" (Aktobe) - Deputy of City Maslikhat Askhat Kabiev failed to explain the reason for the refusal. Following his decision, chief editor of newspaper"Diapazon" Elena Getmanova has requested to the Secretary of City Maslikhat S. Shintasova and asked her to clarify Kabiyev's decision.
Askhat Kabiev in his letter addressed to Shintasova repeated his decision without explaining the reason. Prior to that, another trading company "Anvar" also refused to distribute the paper.
