On October 19, 2011 Kuanybek Botabekov (Adilet, Shymkent) was found guilty under article 129 p.3 of Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and was charged with one year and six months suspended sentence, according to rule of Al-Farabi District Court of Shymkent.
On November 07, 2011 Valeriy Surganov (www.guljan.org, Karaganda) was found guilty under article 129 p.3 of Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and was punished by restriction of freedom for a period up to one year and six months, according to rule of Medeu District Court.
