One of arrested persons has confessed to attempted murder of journalist Lukpan Akhmedyarov

On May 17, 2012 Uralsk City Court has extended the term of arrest of two persons, who were charged with attempt on L. Akhmedyarov's life to two months.
Four inhabitants of West Kazakhstan oblast on May 10, 2012. They were suspected in commitment of attack on L. Akhmedyarov. Rauan Shyntasov was born in the 1992 and Sabirzhan Tairov was born in the 1991, they were taken into custody for ten days and two other ones were released on their recognizance.
On May 11, 2012 Bagdagul Azhigalieva (lawyer of unemployed inhabitant of the village Zhympity Rauan Shyntasov) has said that even if her client confessed to attempted murder of journalist Lukpan Akhmedyarov voluntarily and he looked depressed and frightened. The mother of Rauan Shyntasov told journalists of the newspaper "Uralskaya Nedelya", that her son went to military registration and enlistment office of Uralsk (he received calling-up notice) on April 18, 2012.
L. Akhmedyarov did not participate in investigative actions. An investigative officer did not contact with him, concerning the identification of arrested persons. Lukpan has received the information on investigative process from newspaper "Uralskaya Nedelya".
