Freelance correspondent of newspaper "Vzglyad" Nataliya Nurlanova was fined in an amount up to fifty monthly assessment indicies (KZT80900). She has covered the gathering called "the day of those who are against" on April 28, 2012 in Taldy-Korgan. Policemen have taken her for participant of the action. Nurlanova was sent to Specialized Inter District Court of Taldy-Korgan.
The judge Zh. Ibragimova decided, that Nurlanova did not make a video record and or any photos during rally; motreover she has greeted with some participants of illegal arrangement and in general, "Nurlanova behaved herself freely", in accordance with video record of policemen. It meant that she has been one of them.
On May 17, 2012 Appeal Instance of Oblast Court has affirmed the judgment of Administrative Court.
