Last days some media outlets published the most varied information on detention of criminals, who attacked journalist of the newspaper "Uralskaya Nedelya" Lukpan Akhmedyarov (Uralsk).
There was a one version, that four puipls of tenth form from a village (it was one hundred and forty kilometres away from Uralsk). They received unsatisfactory marks in school and decided to wreak their anger on somebody allegedly. There was information with reference to the Director of Legal Agency "Sultanbekov" Baurzhan Shamgulov that four inhabitants of West Kazakhstan oblast confessed that they attacked Lukpan Akhmedyarov with goal to kill him. This attack had ordered nature.
On May 10, 2012 at briefing in Astana Official Representative of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurdilda Oraz has said about detention of persons, who were suspected in attack on journalist; court of Uralsk has sanctioned arrest of two twenty-years-old inhabitants of one of districts of oblast for ten days.
Lukpan Akhmedyarov is a single person, who does not know about the detention of criminals, who attacked him.
Complainant has a right to obtain the full information on process of inquest and investigation, according to Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. None informs to Lukpan about the case, where he is a victim; the telephone of a investigative officer is switched off. Earlier, there was a high-flown information on guards for L. Akhmedyarov; police officers have removed it, after discharge of L. Akhmedyarov from hospital. The lawyer of journalist Abzal Kusainov asked prosecutor office and investigative and operative group to continue the guarding of L. Akhmedyarov. His appeals are still remained unresponded.
