Only, in 2011 the Head of Health Care System (West Kazakhstan Oblast) Kamidolla Irmenov has ignored the nine letters-requests of the editorial staff of newspaper “Uralskaya Nedelya”, related to providing of information. Editorial staff of the newspaper “Uralskaya Nedelya” has given them as evidence to court. They thought that the actions of a state official have been illegal ones. He should obviate obstacles, related to providing of information.In court, state officials asked to dismiss a suit; they have explained that these letters-requests of the editorial staff were signed by assistant of editor-in-chief, instead of chief editor, because representatives of health care system thought that these letters-requests have been anonymous ones. The judge has said that arguments of defendant have been unsound ones.
On April 12, 2012 the court of Uralsk has made a ruling by suit of the editorial staff of the newspaper “Uralskaya Nedelya”. It has recognized that actions of the Head of Health Care System (West Kazakhstan Oblast) Kamidolla Irmenov have been illegal ones.
