Journalist of newspaper "Uralskaya Nedelya" Lukpan Akhmedyarov has been found in number of destructive persons

Public Prosecutor Office of Uralsk Batyr Zhazbayev has addressed to the editorial staff of newspaper "Uralskaya Nedelya". He asked to provide documents and disclose the source of information for him. Editorial staff had information on sanction of public prosecutor, related to shadowing for journalist of the newspaper "Uralskaya Nedelya" Lukpan Akhmedyarov
The Head of Department of General Supervision of General Prosecutor's Office of Uralsk Talgat Idrisov has signed a document. The editorial office has received it last week. There was information on labor collectives and organizations of the town. Workers have said about their intention to make a protest. It was connected with labor conflicts.
Talgat Idrisov has said that it was necessary to focus on a group of destructive aimed persons (particularly, journalist of the newspaper "Uralskaya Nedelya" Lukpan Akhmedyarov, representatives of non-registered party "Alga" A. Abenova, A. Shagumarov, M. Aysautov and etc.). In February, 2012 they conducted eight flash-mobs in Uralsk. Law-enforcement organs executed control over their actions. L. Akhmedyarov and A. Abenova have been warned, according to article 25-1 of law "On General Prosecutor's Office" of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This document has been a reason for two publications in newspaper "Uralskaya Nedelya" and on the website of newspaper "Respublika". After these publications Public Prosecutor of Uralsk of Uralsk Batyr Zhazbayev has called to the editor-in-chief of newspaper "Uralskaya Nedelya", asked to send the original to him and mention the name of person, who has provided it for journalist.
