Journalist of newspaper "Uralskaya Nedelya" Talgat Umarov was summoned by KNB-agents concerning his contribution for inhabitants of Zhanaozen

Journalist of the newspaper"Uralskaya Nedelya" Talgat Umarov had a telephone call from officers of the Department of Committee of National Security (West Kazakhstan Oblast) on March 20, 2012. He asked them to send a official summon for him. On March 26, 2012 Talgat Umarov was summoned by KNB-agents. But, Talgat Umarov said to investigative officer Imankulov that he would not give any non-disclosure agreement.
After interrogation, Talgat Umarov has told that KNB-agent was interested in acquaintance with Vladimir Kozlov, Bulat Atabayev, or Aizhangul Amirova.
The investigative officer asked journalist about the contribution for inhabitants of Zhanaozen, and who said to him about the amount number for transfer of funds.
The journalist was interested in information of the investigative officer on transferred funds, Imankulov has said that banking servicemen provided this information for him. Imankulov had information on payment details, made in bank and wage rate of the journalist.
