Editor-in-chief of the newspaper "Vzglyad" Igor Vinyavskiy was released from investigative isolation ward of KNB on March 15, 2012.

The lawyer of I. Vinyavskiy, Gennadiy Nam said that investigative officers could not prove that this crime was committed by a group of persons. G. Nam has filed a motion, this charge was classified to article 170 p.1 ("Public exhortations for the forcible seizure of power, forcible retention of power, disruption of the safety of the state, or forcible changing of the constitutional order, as well as forcible disruption of the integrity of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the unity of its territory, as well as distribution of materials with such content for those purposes") of Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. So far as this article can be qualified as medium gravity and is subjected to amnesty. The lawyer has made a motion to dismiss the case and release of I. Vinyavskiy. The investigative officer has made a order of variation of preventive measure for I. Vinyavskiy. This order was supported by the First Assistant of Public Prosecutor of Almaty Timur Suleymenov.

There was a trial, where the judge Nariman Begaliev has considered and satisfied a motion of variation of preventive measure and release. This order should be fulfilled immediately.

G. Nam has explained that the amnesty has been applied, prior to trial. I. Vinyavskiy has no criminal record. He can implement his professional activity calmly.
