Newspaper "Uralskaya Nedelya" is instituted to administrative proceedings for publication of false output data

General Prosecutor's Office of Uralsk has instituted administrative proceedings against editorial staff of the newspaper "Uralskaya Nedelya", towards owner of the edition LLP "Journalistkaya Initsiativa" on February 24, 2012.
Public Prosecutor of Uralsk A.U. Arystanov in his rule has mentioned about the lack of information on owner (particularly, surname, name and patronymic of the editor-in-chief), number and date of registration certificate (in particular, the title of organization, which provided it), circulation, the title of printing house and legal address of editorial office in issue of the newspaper "Uralskaya Nedelya" № 2 (446), dated 12 January 2012. There was also partial title of the newspaper in issues of the newspaper "Uralskaya Nedelya" № 1 (446) dated 12 January 2012, № 2 (446), dated 12 January 2012 and № 4 (548), dated 26 January 2012.
The full title of the newspaper was presented as "Oral Aptylygy" – "Uralskaya Nedelya", according to registration certificate of media outlet № 1952-G, dated 02 May 2001. So, administrative proceedings were instituted against LLP"Journalistkaya Initsiativa" under article 350 p.1 of Code of Administrative Violations of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Administrative case was sent to Specialized Administrative Court of Uralsk.
Correspondent of the newspaper Lukpan Akhmedyarov has said about technical error from urgent change of logotype and the first page of the edition.
