On February 25, 2012 a 61-years-old correspondent of republican newspaper "Adilet" Zharkynbek Seyitnbetuly was beaten near his house the day before in Shymkent. As a result of it he had a concussion of the brain of medium severity level. Zharkynbek Seitinbet was sent to neurosurgery department
An unknown persons have dealt him with accessory by his head. Zharkynbek Seitinbet is an active public figure and head of main office of the fight against corruption in schools of South Kazakhstan oblast. He is sure that this attack is connected with his professional activity and publication of some critical materials, related to activity of the center of temporary isolation and reabilitation of minors in Shymkent.
