On December 21, 2011 Board of Appeals of City Court of Almaty has considered a claim of the correspondent of website www.guljan.org Valeriy Surganov related to sentence of Medeu District Court № 2 (Almaty), dated on November 07, 2011 and left the sentence of court of the first instance standing and dismissed the claim.
