International Media Organization "ARTICLE 19" has made a statement "Kazakhstan: Two decades of independence has not benefited free speech" in English. This statement was placed on the website of International Foundation for Protection of Freedom of Speech "Adil Soz". Official translation of this statement to Russian language will be published some of these days.
