Journalist from Temirtau Barlyk Almagambetov was charged with libel

The Head of Center of Mediation and Law "Dostasu" of Public Association "Sinergiya" Mayia Blaschenko has filed a suit against correspondent of "Juridicheskaya Gazeta"(Karaganda oblast) Barlyk Almagambetov. He was charged with libel.
The charges originated from article "Is a mediator-machinator?", by Barlyk Almagambetov, published in "Juridicheskaya Gazeta" on October 11, 2011. There was a information on lawyer Svetlana Filatova, who has been in team of mediators from Temirtau. Earlier, criminal proceedings have been instituted against her more than once. Journalist has used this material for critical statements about the Head of Center of Mediation and Law "Dostasu" of Public Association "Sinergiya" Mayia Blaschenko, who extended "protection" to Filatova.
Mayia Blaschenko thought that the article "Is a mediator-machinator?" has been libelous one. In her private complaint she has asked to bring criminal action against Barlyk Almagambetov and handle attached to claim civil suit about protection of honor, dignity, service reputation and compensation of moral damage.
Journalist has been under recognizance not to leave. The first trial will be held on December 23, 2011.
