The Akim (District Governor) of Glubokovsk District of East Kazakhstan Oblast Vladimir Koshelev has filed a suit against owner of the newspaper "Flash-LLP 3 X " about protection of honor, dignity and business reputation to City Court of Ust-Kamenogorsk.
The charges originated from articles "Who will pay for banquet?"(«Flash», 01.11.2009.), "Democracy in Koshelev's style"(«Flash», 22.11.2010.), "No Water"(«Flash», 16.06.2011.) and "Experienced field experiment"(«Flash», 14.07.2011.). These articles critisized the activity of akim (district governor). Vladimir Koshelev has demanded to publish a disclaimer and recover KZT17371303 as moral damage compensation. Representatives of LLP "Gayia" (one of the founders, which commented the situation around district in November, 2009) did not implement the work on this sum.
The Akim (District Governor) of Glubokovsk District of East Kazakhstan Oblast Vladimir Koshelev has already filed a suit to City Court of Ust-Kamenogorsk in July-August, 2011.
