Reporter of newspaper "Ak Zhayik" Saniya Toyken has made a review on explosion in the appartment house of Atyrau. As a result of it a man was dead. She has been detained by policemen of Atyrau.
Toyken has made a video record and photo of the scene of an accident. The accident had happened near the building of General Prosecutor's Office, State Department of Internal Affairs and Akimat (District Administration) of Atyrau. An officer of Special Rapid Responce Detachment has run up to her. He asked her to enter into the building of State Department of Internal Affairs, where policemen wanted to speak with her. In room, the Chief of Office of State Department of Internal Affairs Marat Rakhimov asked Saniya Toyken to delete photos and erase video records, because the building of State Department of Internal Affairs has been a controlled-access enterprise. But, Saniya Toyken has refused to do it. The Assistant of Chief of Office of State Department of Internal Affairs Mirlan Alibayev has also asked her to erase a video record rudely. In a case of a denial he promised to detain her for three hours. Toyken did not accept his request. Then, policemen said that they called duty prosecutor. She should delete photos and erase video records in his presence. But, duty prosecutor did not attend the building of State Department of Internal Affairs within one and half hour. They should set her, but Saniya should write a explanatory note. Saniya Toyken has filed a complaint, addressed to the Chief of Office of State Department of Internal Affairs Marat Rakhimov. She could not make a review on explosion in the appartment house of Atyrau from illegal actions of police officers.
