Court decisions on suspension of activity of information partners of video portal “Stan TV” came to effect

LLP “Namystan” and “Stan Production” – are information partners of video portal “Stan TV”. Representatives of these organizations have expressed their dissatisfaction. They have been unsatisfied by judgment of Inter District Economic Court of Almaty. However, they executed them, annulled rent contracts and exploitation of receiver and transmission equipment and filed claims to Board of Civil Cases of City Court of Almaty.
There were two legal proceedings of Appeal Court Instance at the same time on October 26, 2011. In both cases court did not take into account arguments in claims of journalists and left standing decisions. Court decisions on suspension of activity of information partners such as, LLP “Namystan” and “Stan Production” of video portal “Stan TV” came to effect.
