Website of Gulzhan Ergalieva has been attacked by technical way

There was a message "We're sorry..." at attempt of website www.guljan.org opening.
"Dear Readers,
We carry in access code on the website timely, in connection with technical attack on our website, organized by unknown person and with goal to block it". Then, it is proposed to enter the code, which has been presented on the picture. But, there is no picture at attempt of website visit with the help of system "Opera-Turbo".
Information: the website www.guljan.org was made by Former Chief Editor of Popular Newspaper "Svoboda Slova" in May, 2011. On July 15, 2011 it was exposed to intensive DDos-attacks. Towards the end of July website function has been restored fully.
