Activity of video portal Stan.kz has been suspended according to judgment before settlement of violations

On September 27, 2011 the Judge of Specialized Inter District Court (Almaty) Mukhamedzhan Erzakov has made a decision by suit of Sanitary Epidemiology Station (Almaly District) about the suspension of studio activity of LLP “Stan Production” and receiver-transmission equipment.
Doctors of Sanitary Epidemiology Station have revealed infringements during control of LLP “Stan Production” office on August 23, 2011. Plaintiffs have petitioned for one more control. There was twenty seven degrees above zero (but, norm has been twenty five degrees above zero); magnetic radiation has also exceeded the maximum permissible level in office on September 16, 2011. Servicemen of LLP “Stan Production” have said that doctors of sanitary epidemiology station did not provide results of the control for them.
The lawyer of defendants Sergey Utkin has expressed his mistrust, relating to objectiveness of the control and results during trial. The staff of LLP “Stan Production” hired the independent specialist in the field of sanitary and epidemiology, who has conducted the control. The power of electro and magnetic field did not exceed the maximum permissible level. The act of independent control has been extended to court.
The court has made a rule: to suspend the studio operation and receiver-transmission equipment before settlement of violations. Plaintiffs intended to appeal this judgment in court of high instance.
