The court has ruled to suspend activity of LLP "Namystan" for lack of private entrance

On September 23, 2011 Specialized Inter District Economic Court of Almaty has announced a decision by suit of Department of Emergency (Almaty) of the activity suspension of LLP "Namystan".
In August, 2011Department of Emergency (Almaty) has conducted the unplanned control in office of LLP"Namystan" and revealed seven violations of norms and regulations of fire safety. There was a lack of private entrance in the editorial office. They have used the entrance into front door of apartment house. Officers of Department of Emergency (Almaty) have said that the entrance for visitors should be isolated from the entrance into flats.
Representatives of LLP"Namystan" eliminated breaches, because they rented the flat as office and had not any right to reconstruct the room. The judge Ayzhan Smayl did not agree to it. She has passed a judgment to satisfy a suit of Department of Emergency, before elimination of breaches.
