Servicemen of Sanitary Epidemiologic Station demanded to close video portal STAN.TV They did not provide certificate inspection and measurable results

On September 20, 2011 next court session by suit of servicemen of District Sanitary Epidimiologic Station, who demanded to close the studio "Stan Production" (owner of video portal STAN.TV) has been failed to conduct. Plaintiff asked to remand, because he did not receive certificate inspection and measurable results.
The Director of Studio "Stan Production" Baurzhan Musirov and Lawyer Natalia Sartbayeva have contacted with the Assistant of Head Doctor of Sanitary Epidemiologic Station (Almaly district, Almaty) Amangeldy Badigulov. They asked him to provide these documents. Amangeldy Badigulov asked them to come to room of the head doctor and pointed at sign plate "visiting hours on personal matters-Monday". It was necessary to provide documents for court session. Badigulov has said that only servicemen of District Sanitary Epidimiologic Station could receive these documents. He did not reply on the other questions entered into his room and locked inside. Journalists of studio"Stan Production" made a video record of it in the corridor.
The next court session will be held on September 23, 2011 at 12.30 a.m.
