Linguistic expert report of statements of the Lawyer of Public Association "Profsoyuz Rabotnikov Karazhanbas" N. Sokolova was placed on the website of International Foundation for Protection of Freedom of Speech "Adil Soz". She was sentenced to six-year imprisonment under articles 164 p.3 (Incitement of National Enmity) of Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and 334 p.2 (Violation of the Procedure for the Organisation and Conducting of Rallies, Meetings, Picketing, Street Marches, or Demonstrations) of Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to judgment of Aktau City Court.
