Temirtau City Court has dismissed suit of Maxim Ivaschenko to journalist Irene Tkachenko

The charges originated from article "We need the air", written by Irene Tkachenko. It was published in the newspaper "Temirtauskiy Rabochiy" on August 04, 2010. There was the information on conflict situation between two members of Public Association "Temirtau City Voluntary Society of Disabled Persons". Maxim Ivaschenko has thought that sentences in the publication such as, "special transport for desired ones", "has the lawsuit with the society of disabled within a year" dicredited his honor and dignity; demanded on recovery of KZT1000000 (1USD=147.08) as moral damage compensation. Irene Tkachenko should apologize him and publish the disclaimer.
It has not been a first suit. On November 17, 2010 the Chairman of Public Association "Temirtau City Voluntary Society of Disabled Persons" Maxim Ivaschenko has filed a suit to Temirtau City Court. There was a suit to the newspaper "Temirtauskiy Rabochiy" and journalist Irene Tkachenko about protection of honor, dignity and business reputation. The suit amount has been KZT3000000 (1USD=147.08). Representative of plaintiff Margaret Borisova demanded that Irene Tkachenko should present her public apologies to members of "Temirtau City Voluntary Society of Disabled Persons". Then, Temirtau City Court has dismissed suit of Maxim Ivaschenko. But, Board of Appeals of Oblast Court has changed the judgment of Temirtau City Court. Editorial staff of the newspaper "Temirtauskiy Rabochiy" should recover KZT30000 (1USD=147.08) as moral damage compensation and publish the disclaimer of one sentence from the article. They have executed the judgment of Board of Appeals.
