Infamous surgeon Adil Keldybayev has said about his intension to file another suit about protection of honor and business reputation against editorial staff of the newspaper"Vzglyad" to court. He could not find a job within one and half year. He said about it at press conference in Almaty on September 14, 2011.
A. Keldybayev did not receive the recovery of KZT15000000 (1USD=147.29) as moral damage compensation.Editor-in-chief of the edition Igor Vinyavskiy said that KZT500000 (1USD=147.29) have been withdrawn from an account of owner of the edition LLP IAC "Ayna" in pursuance of ruling.
Adil Keldybayev has said about the other advance notice after publication of articles. Head Doctor of fourth city hospital asked him about it. He had the information on preparation of article for publication supposedly.
