Servicemen of Sanitary Epidimiological Station asked to suspend activity of video portal "Stan.KZ" and dissamble its equipment

On September 08, 2011 editorial staff of video portal "Stan.KZ" has received a subpoena by suit of Sanitary Epidimiological Station of Bostandyk District (Almaty). Servicemen of Sanitary Epidimiological Station asked to suspend activity of LLP "Proizvodstvennaya Studiya Stan Prodakshn" (editorial staff rented an office in this building)and dissamble its radio equipment from roof. Editorial staff of video portal "Stan.KZ" did not submit the setting of their radio equipment to servicemen of Sanitary Epidimiological Station of Bostandyk District (Almaty) for approval supposedly.
The company-provider "ASTEL" has been an owner of transmit-receive equipment. Editorial staff of video portal "Stan.KZ" has held a contract with the company-provider "ASTEL". Servicemen of the company-provider "ASTEL" said that the power transmit-receive equipment has been less 1W; placing of sectoral antennas of radio access with radiant power, which has not been not more than 2W, according to norms. It has not been limited; there was no necessity to provide a free pratique for such radio electronic means.
The trial will be held on September 12, 2011 at 16.30 p.m. in Specialized Economic Court of Almaty.
