Official Representative of City Court of Astana Aylana Iskendirova has explained that Public Prosecutor of Astana has filed a suit, relating to dissemination of materials with signs of propaganda of terrorism, religious extremism, public calls for acts of terrorism and making of bomb.
Internet-users faced to blocking of popular Internet-portal http://LiveJournal.com. The Head of Russian Sector LiveJournal Svetlana Ivannikova has said: None of state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan has made a letter-request, relating to liquidation of materials of Livejournal and judgment in open access. They had no materials of judgment and did not know about blocking reasons. But it is true if some blogs, or communities were charged with dissemination of information on incitement of national enmity, or advocacy of violence.
Servicemen of International Foundation for Protection of Freedom of Speech "Adil Soz" pointed out two aspects ( it meant disputable and indisputable) in this incident. The disputable aspect – is a court conclusion about the presence of prohibited information in close Internet-resources. There were no any proofs in judgment. There is no any doubt that contstitutional rights of Internet-users are abused. They had no any relation to illegal content, free collection and distribution of information. President of Foundation "Adil Soz" Tamara Kaleyeva thinks that the closure of portal from some blogs, it is tantamount to arrest of large family for crime of its individual member.
