WordPress was blocked from operation of two blogs

There was no access to blog-platform WordPress more than one month in Kazakhstan. Majilisman Murat Abenov, who has been active blogger of this platform, made a letter-request to JSC "Kazakhtelecom". He has received a response on his letter-request, signed by Chairman of the Board of JSC "Kazakhtelecom" K. Esekeyev on July 01, 2011.
In February, 2011 Saryarka District Court of Astana has prohibited the distribution of Internet-resources www.djamal.wordpress.com and www.caucase.wordpress.com as foreign media with illegal information, according to release of Public Prosecutor of Astana. Committee for the Enforcement of Judicial Acts of Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan has issued a decree. Servicemen of JSC "Kazakhtelecom" should implement it.
JSC "Kazakhtelecom" has blocked to all blog-platform. They had no possibility to stop the access to separate blogs, because these blogs have the same IP-address.
