Board of Appeals of Almaty City Court has dismissed to all participants of conflict

- On June 14, 2011 Board of Appeals of Almaty City Court has examined claims of participants of legal proceeding, related to article "Kazakhstan's journalists casted doubt on special embezzlement more KZT380000000 (1USD= 145.62)". They have been contributed for anti-tabaccoo campaign. It dismissed them and supported the decision of court of first instance.
- On April 12, 2011 Medeu District Court of Almaty has made a rule by suit of Zhamiliya Sadykova, public foundation "Temekisyz" ("Smoke Free"), Center of Support for Advancement of Health Care System, Press Agency "Kazakhstan Today", Chief Editor of Agency Timur Kuvatov and Public Association "Union of Sport Journalists".
- This article was placed on the website www.kt.kz on November 18, 2010. Court recognized that there was dicredited and untruth information in third and ninth lines. Defendants should publish a disclaimer on news line of press agency "Kazakhstan Today" during ten days after the entry of decision into legal force and recover of KZT200000 (1USD=145.62) as moral damage compensation in favor of Zh. Sadykova
- Defendants did not agree with conclusions of board of appeals. They will argue court degree in cassational order.
