State officials of Petropavlovsk have interfered with distribution of newspapers "Golos Respubliki"

Readers from Petropavlovsk of North Kazakhstan oblast have addressed to editorial staff of the newspaper"Golos Respubliki". They could not find new issue of newspaper, which has not been on sale. It has not been in newstands and distributors.
Head of LLP "KazPress" (Petropavlovsk) Eugene Chernobay has said that, a serviceman of department of internal policy of city akimat (administration) purchased the whole edition of the newspaper on March 11, 2011. A serviceman of department of internal policy of city akimat (administration) said that it would be continued till April, 2011. Representatives of the newspaper"Golos Respubliki" proposed servicemen of LLP to extend the distribution of circulation. But, representatives of LLP "KazPress" said that they did not want to have problems. They will perform terms and conditions of a contract.
The same situation has been with the newspaper "Vzglyad". Two private persons distributed this edition in Petropavlovsk. Servicemen of department of internal policy of city akimat (administration) purchased the whole edition of the newspaper.
Editorial staffs of both newspapers thought that the same actions have been interference with free distribution of information.
