Murder suspect of journalist Sayat Shulembayev was detained

Journalist of information video portal “Stan TV” Sayat Shulembayev and landlord were killed in one of flat of Zhetysu District of Almaty on the night of December 25, 2009. Near and dear ones could not receive any information on results of operative and research arrangements from investigative officers during eleven months.
One year later, as Press Secretary of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kuanyshbek Zhumanov has said that murder suspect of journalist Sayat Shulembayev was detained and sent to temporary holding facility. It was a friend of landlord; he has been twenty-four years old and worked in one of city parlour. His name was not mentioned in the interests of investigation. Police officers thought that supposed murderer entered into collussion with dead Bakriev. They planned to stage an robbery and then share the money with each other. Colonel Shiderkulov has said that the suspected person decided to liquidate a buddy. He did not want to share with amassed things. First of all Bakriev and then Shulembayev was killed.
